Mini-Split Systems

Mini Splits are a ductless form of heating and cooling. They typically have two main components — an outdoor compressor/condenser and an indoor air-handling unit(s). It gives you targeted air, heating or cooling only rooms that need it. This saves power and money over traditional HVAC units that cool or heat the entire building. Minisplit systems work great for buildings that have hot or cold spots, homes that don’t have space for ductwork, and buildings with multiple unoccupied rooms and spaces.

How does it work?

A ductless system, uses compact air handlers that are mounted in each room that you use them in. An indoor unit is mounted to the wall and the refrigerant is pumped in by refrigerant lines that are connected to the outdoor unit.
